How to Embed/Display Forms on Shopify Pages

There are 2 ways to embed/display your forms to Shopify pages
1- Use App Embed Block inside the Shopify builder:
When adding new block into the page, please select "Apps" to add "Formpify Form" app.
Paste embed code into the Shortcode textarea
2- Embed the shortcode into any content editor
For the content editor, please click on "Show HTML" icon
Then paste the embed code into the Content editor:
