Create Your First Form
Learn how to start from the dashboard, pick a template, and jump right into the visual form builder.
1. Start from the Dashboard
Once you install Formpify, your dashboard will greet you with an empty state. Simply click the Create New Form button in the top right corner or the primary CTA in the center to begin.
2. Select a Template
You will be taken to the Template Selection screen. Here, you can browse various pre-made templates categorized by use cases like Contact, Wholesale, or Newsletter. If you want to build from scratch, select the Start from Blank template.
3. Name Your Form
A modal will appear asking for your form's basic details. Enter a descriptive Form Title so you can easily identify it later. The description is optional. Once ready, click Create Form.
4. Welcome to the Builder
After a brief moment, your form will be initialized and you will land in the Form Builder. You are now ready to drag and drop fields from the right sidebar onto your canvas and start customizing!
