How to Use the Section Field

The Section field is a structural element used to break up long forms into logical, easy-to-read parts. It does not collect data itself, but rather provides context and grouping for the fields that follow it.

How to Use Sections

Using sections improves your form's user experience by preventing respondents from feeling overwhelmed by a massive wall of questions.

• Adding a Section: Drag the "Section" field from the Standard Fields list and drop it wherever you want to start a new group of questions.
• Customizing the Title: Click on the Section field and navigate to the Right Sidebar. Update the "Section Title" to clearly state the theme of the upcoming questions (e.g., "Personal Information", "Shipping Details").
• Adding a Description: Use the "Description" field in the sidebar to provide extra instructions, context, or legal disclaimers relevant to that specific section.
