How to Use the Rating Scale Field

The Rating Stars field allows your respondents to quickly and intuitively share their feedback.

By default, the field uses a standard 5-star rating scale. However, you can fully customize this based on your needs.

Maximum Stars: Expand the scale up to 10 stars, perfect for collecting Net Promoter Scores (NPS) or detailed product feedback.
Default Value: Pre-fill the field with a specific rating to guide the respondent.
Half Stars: Enable users to select precise ratings (e.g., 4.5 stars).

Make the rating field match your exact brand aesthetic:

Star Size: Choose between Small, Medium, or Large stars depending on how prominent you want the field to be.
Colors: Completely change the Star Color and Empty Star Color via the color picker or by entering a precise HEX code.
