How to Configure Confirmations

Submit Actions
Control what happens after users submit your form, such as showing a success message or redirecting to another page.
1. Accessing Submit Actions
To configure what happens after a form is submitted, click on the Submit Actions icon (the lightning bolt) located on the bottom left sidebar of the Form Builder. This will open the configuration drawer.
2. Adding a Success Message
To display an on-page thank you message directly after submission, click on Add Success Message. Provide an Action Name, and then enter your custom message using the rich text editor. This is perfect for confirming receipt of inquiries or displaying quick instructions.
3. Setting up a Redirect URL
If you prefer to send users to another page—such as a Calendly booking link, a promotional offer, or your homepage—click on Add Redirect URL. Give the action a name and paste the destination link into the Redirect URL field. Formpify will instantly navigate the user to this page upon successful submission.
4. Using Conditional Logic
You can create multiple Submit Actions and use Conditional Logic to trigger them dynamically. For example, if a user selects "Interested in Pro Plan" on the form, you can redirect them to a pricing page; otherwise, simply show a generic Success Message.
