How to Use Date Field

The Date field allows you to seamlessly collect precise dates for appointments, birthdays, or deadlines.

Customizing the Input Type

When you add a Date field, it defaults to a standard input. You can click it to open the configuration panel in the right sidebar to change its appearance.

You have full control over how users input the date:

• Date Field: Standard text inputs split by Month, Day, and Year.
• Date Drop Down: Separate select dropdowns for Month, Day, and Year, reducing errors and standardizing data format.
• Date Picker (PRO): A beautiful pop-up calendar overlay that lets users click directly on a visual calendar to choose their date. Includes an optional calendar icon.

Configuring the Date Format

You can easily switch the underlying data structure of the date value based on your geographical or business needs (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy, or yyyy-mm-dd).
