How to Use the Picture Choice (Image Cards) Field

The Picture Choice field replaces traditional text-based radio buttons and dropdown menus with rich, interactive visual product cards. By presenting options visually with high-resolution imagery and clear pricing badges, merchants achieve up to 2.4x higher conversion rates compared to legacy dropdown lists.

How to Add Picture Choice to Your Form

1. In the Formpify Builder, open the Add Elements drawer on the left.
2. Scroll to the Visual & Media Elements section.
3. Drag the Picture Choice element onto your form canvas.

Configuring Options & Imagery

• Upload Image: Click the image icon on any choice row to upload JPG, PNG, or WebP files via Formpify's optimized CDN uploader. You can also paste existing Shopify Files CDN URLs.
• Option Label: Give each card a descriptive title (e.g., "Titanium Edition", "Gold Minimalist").
• Addon Price (+Price): Optionally assign an additional cost to any card. When selected, this amount automatically adds into the form's Subtotal and Total calculations.

Layout & Column Settings

In the right sidebar properties panel for Picture Choice:

• Selection Mode: Choose Single Select (Radio behavior) or Multi Select (Checkbox behavior).
• Desktop Columns: Select 1, 2, 3, or 4 columns side-by-side to match your page layout.
• Mobile Responsiveness: On mobile screens, Formpify automatically and intelligently adjusts the grid (typically 2 columns or 1 column) to ensure touch targets remain comfortable and legible.
• Card Border & Active Styling: Active cards display a crisp highlight ring in your store theme's brand accent color.
